Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and takes time, we do not accept returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective, or package is lost in mail.

If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
