Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and takes time, we ask that refund requests be placed no later than 3 days after submitting your order. We otherwise do not accept returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or package is lost in mail.

If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery with the order name and #, photos (If applicable), and we’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Shipping Policy

Each item is handmade to order with care and love up in the Colorado mountains, meaning sometimes weather and road conditions can affect shipping times. 

Crochet time:  roughly 2-4 weeks before shipping.

Shipping time: 3–10 business days within the U.S. (varies by location). We use flat-rate, $5 shipping boxes to keep shipping costs low.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the United States Postal Service, but we’ll always help if something goes wrong with your package—just email us!
